Tiny Habits for a Big Difference
You don't have to wait
till next New Year to start these tiny habits. You can start it right now!
These tiny habits can
gradually bring positive changes in you. Never mind about how much is the
impact or how long it is going to take. Try adapting simple ones that matters
to you and can help you out in making your life better.
When I started getting
frequent dental problems I started thinking about a change just to stop visit
dentist. I started tiny habit of flossing along with brushing in the night.
That helped me a lot. Singing when I do household chores, yoga time with my
little one is all small habits that gradually brought positive changes in me.
Below are some of them
in case you are facing a starting trouble:
1. Be in the present.
whenever you start thinking or get deviated from present, drag your mind back
to the present. Do this whenever possible. Gradually you will find yourself
practicing mindfulness with ease.
2. Stop negative
thoughts, negative talks and negative people. The moment you realize it is
negative, give it a full stop.
3. Appreciate people and
things around you.
4. Keep smiling.
5. Take a sip of water.
6. Walk whenever
possible.
7. Limit your mobile
time or keep the mobile away from you.
8. Write/Read daily
9. Call/Text your
family/close friends.
10. Talk less, listen
more.
